San Diego Law Firm Employees: Committed for the Long Term

Long-Term "Made" EmployeeSan Diego Law Firm was recently named one of the Top 10 "Best Places to Work" by San Diego Business Journal.  We celebrate employees who have made it to their three year mark with a “Being Made” ceremony in honor of the employee. Despite the jesting "Mafioso" reference, we treat this as an occasion to fondly reflect on the contributions the “Made” employee has made to SDLF throughout their tenure. Family and friends of the “Made” employee are invited to attend and join in the celebration, where the “Made” employee is then presented with a trophy in honor of their accomplishment. “Made” employees are then in a position to bargain for additional perks such as a pay raise, additional vacation time, signing an employment contract for an additional two or three year term, etc.

It is with great pride that we designate dedicated employees as “Made,” as it is our goal to provide our employees with a stable work life that they enjoy year after year.  Establishing and honoring long-term relationships is just one way we accomplish this goal.  This allows us to provide the best service possible to our customers by giving them familiar faces to turn to for their important legal situations, and to provide them with knowledgeable service.
